How to Create Your Own:

The idea is to balance flavors and textures in a way that feels both nourishing and instinctive.

Work ingredient by ingredient, blending each separately, then bringing everything together slowly, tasting as you go. When the texture feels right, compact yet soft, shape into small bites and finish with your chosen coating. Chill until ready to enjoy.

Start with a base of ground almonds, walnuts, or a mix of both. Add richness with almond butter, cashew butter, walnut butter, or coconut butter.

Then add sweetness using date sugar, coconut sugar, yacon syrup, or maple syrup.

For texture and depth, incorporate chia seeds, hemp, coconut, spirulina, flax seeds, pistachios, or cacao.

For brightness, add yogi berries, cranberries, açai, dried apricots, raspberries, or blueberries.

For aroma, a touch of rose water, orange blossom, or vanilla. For warmth, cinnamon, turmeric, or ginger.

A little coconut oil bring everything together into a smooth, cohesive bite.

For extra strength, you can add your favorite plant-based protein.

For finishing, coat with coconut flakes, cacao, sesame seeds, chia, carob, matcha, or freeze-dried fruits. For a more elevated touch, add edible flowers or a hint of gol
